About the event
This half-day EPA Youth Summit with Fordham University is focused on young people (ages 18-30) who are the immediate future of addressing climate change. Sessions will be led by Climate Cafe NYC and AmeriCorps. The first session will focus on supporting ourselves through the emotions of the climate crisis to take more effective action. The second session will be a discussion led by the American Climate Corps, which is creating climate careers to build a climate-resilient, clean energy future. Participants for both are encouraged to attend in-person for interactive group discussions, but a virtual option is also available. There will also be an opportunity for participants to interact with EPA Regional Administrators from across the nation.
Please RSVP by September 22nd.
